This year for the first time, Propak East Africa will incorporate the co-located event, Print East Africa. A dedicated print-focused industry expo, the combined offering between the packaging and print products at this year’s event will attract an even larger audience for cross-over interest. Visitors will find live equipment, products and solutions for graphic, marketing, print-buyer, retail applications and more.
Daily conferences will also be taking place throughout the event, these will be free-to-attend for all visitors and will cover topics from industry insights and growth opportunities, to potential pit-falls, case studies and technological developments.
One of the new developments this year will be the new Propak East Africa Connect app. All registered visitors will be able to pre-organise meetings with every exhibitor, earmark conferences they’d like to attend and create a personal schedule to maximise their time at the event.
“This year we’re expecting a huge turnout, not only because we’ve been away for two years, so there’s hundreds of new market developments, new names and other industry changes to explore but also because we’ve heavily invested in our networking capabilities . As a way to stimulate the market by connecting buyers and suppliers, we’re giving every attendee access to our brand new networking app, which will facilitate pre-organised meetings so that our busy industry professionals can maximise their time and speak to the right people.” Angela Kinyua, Portfolio Director East Africa, Montgomery East Africa, the organisers behind Propak East Africa.
